Join Wildwood for unlimited access to their two parks in Kent and Devon and support their work. As a conservation charity dedicated to protecting Britain's wildlife, every penny you donate goes towards maintaining their parks, caring for their animals and their conservation projects to save some of the UK's most threatened species. You can join as a member when you visit the park, just fill out the form at Visitor Services when you enter the park and your first visit is free!

What is Wildwood's refund policy?

You can return the entire order or individual products in their original packaging and condition for a full refund (minus postage) as long as you notify Wildwood within 30 days of delivery. If a refund is requested, they will process it as quickly as possible, but please allow up to 14 days for the refund to reach your account.

Can I cancel Wildwood's order?
