Oat Pantry eGift Cards must be redeemed within one year of purchase and cannot be canceled/refunded once redeemed. If not redeemed within the validity period, you will not receive a refund and you will not be able to extend the validity of the gift card. E-gift cards are not redeemable for monetary value and are available in denominations of $5 ~ $200.

Oat Pantry's policy is valid for 14 days, if 14 days have passed since your purchase, they cannot offer you a refund or exchange. In order to be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition you received it, it must also be in the original packaging, and they will refund you the return fee and issue a replacement or refund as appropriate.

Oat Pantry says standard Royal Mail tracked delivery costs £3.99 for orders under £26 in mainland UK, with free delivery for orders over £26. Typically they will dispatch the next working day, however, if you order before noon you may find that they are able to dispatch on the same day, they aim to deliver all orders within 1-5 working days.
